Our business was started with the philosophy: treat the customer and the customer's home as we would our very own. We work hard at keeping your home clean while we work and making sure we leave things as neat and clean as possible at the end of the day. We use proper floor protection at all times as well as HEPA filter air scrubbers when needed to reduce dust in your home.

SEAN BOYLES
GENERAL MANAGER
Dedicated to efficiency and supreme quality, Sean oversees estimates and day to day control over jobs ensuring productivity and extreme satisfaction from clients. He pays attention to details and takes critical measures to make projects run efficiently. Sean is well known in the area for having an incredible talent for construction scheduling. He plans and organizes his projects so the customers homes and lives are put back together as quickly as possible while receiving daily communication.
TRISTAN BOYLES
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Enjoys bringing the projects to life and interacting with customers, making sure they are happy as the renovation process unfolds. He makes the challenging process of having people in your home a more pleasant and comfortable experience by ensuring daily organization and care for your personal space.
TAMMY BOYLES
DESIGNER
Tammy joined the BHI team (officially) in 2022 full time as the designer. She is very passionate about creating the perfect space. She comes to us from a real estate development and project management background. Her greatest passion in life has always been designing her home, and helping friends and family design their homes. Now, she brings that design talent and experience to our clients.
AMBER BOYLES
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Amber is a key member of our team. She keeps the team on track and organized. She oversees all communication with the client, making sure they are informed every day of construction. She works closely with the designer and the operations team to bridge the design plan with the crews in the field.

OWNER
Enjoys working in the remodeling business with his sons. He has dedicated his career as a contractor to provide quality work for home owners, with one main goal: The Customer Must be Happy. There is no job too small to receive the best quality of craftsmanship.
ARCHIE
DOOR CONCIERGE
Enjoys greeting customers and receiving mail and other packages. She is determined to be the best BHI Greeter that she can be. Customer happiness is her number one priority (along with snacks). There is no belly rub that she will turn down.

Environmental Efforts
Here at Boyles Home Improvement we are making a commitment to be your green contractor in the triad. Over time, we plan to have a completely electric vehicle fleet. We have taken steps to educate ourselves on best practices and methods to decrease our environmental impact.

We are currently using recycled plastics and reusable materials on our projects and only sourcing products in our office that are environmentally responsible.

In 2023, we began offering free in line water filters, with free installation for kitchen remodels, along with free stainless steel BHI water bottles. We also encourage our clients to arrange for donation of their old kitchen materials.
