RICHARD BOYLES
OWNER
I’ve always believed a home should reflect the people who live in it. That belief brought me back to remodeling and led to the start of Boyles Home Improvement in 2001.
My journey in construction began in 1976, and after time in another industry, I returned with both experience and a renewed passion for building. Today, I’m grateful to work alongside my family, focusing on craftsmanship, honesty, and treating every home like our own.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, biking, yoga, and time with my family — including my cats, Chi and Cello.
TRISTAN BOYLES
GENERAL MANAGER
Growing up around construction, I’ve always been drawn to the process of turning ideas into finished spaces. Working with my dad at Boyles Home Improvement has given me the chance to combine that passion with a focus on organization, communication, and making sure every detail is handled with care.
I enjoy being part of a family business where craftsmanship and honesty come first, and I take pride in helping homeowners feel comfortable and confident throughout their remodel.
When I’m not on the job, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends.
Jessica Quison-Kress
Lead Designer
With more than 30 years in kitchen and bath design, Jessica brings a wealth of experience and creativity to every project. Certified by the National Kitchen & Bath Association since 2009, she combines technical expertise with a passion for spaces that truly transform the way people live.
Her background includes everything from working alongside builders on new homes to guiding homeowners through custom remodels. Along the way, she’s been recognized as a top designer in sales and featured in local publications.
Originally from Hawaii, Jessica raised her three children in Minnesota before settling in North Carolina. Outside of design, she enjoys time at the beach, traveling, visiting her kids in the Midwest, and cooking for family and friends.
Amber Boyles
Project Coordinator
Nearly two years ago, Amber took a leap and joined her husband, Tristan, in the family business. What started as a big change quickly became one of the best decisions she’s ever made. As Project Coordinator, she loves helping families create homes that are both beautiful and welcoming, and she finds it especially rewarding to see a client’s dream space come to life.
Outside of work, Amber and Tristan stay busy with their four children. Family adventures are a favorite pastime, whether it’s everyday fun together or cruising to tropical destinations to soak up the sunshine and explore new places. For Amber, both at home and in her work, it all comes down to creating spaces where families can make lasting memories.
Brad Crabtree
Operations Manager
Brad has been part of Boyles Home Improvement for over three years, starting in the field and working his way up to Operations Manager. He enjoys overseeing every project and making sure each remodel runs smoothly from start to finish. For Brad, the best part of the job is seeing a space transform from an idea into a finished home that clients love.
When he’s not managing projects, Brad enjoys fishing, spending time with his family, and traveling to new places. Whether it’s a quiet day outdoors or exploring somewhere new, he values the chance to relax and make memories with those he loves.
